Marketing & Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

•  Plan and execute trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events
•  Create photo, video, and graphic content for social media, website, and marketing materials
•  Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms
•  Represent NocturaSys at events, demos, and customer meetings
•  Communicate directly with customers and partners, acting as a brand ambassador

Your Profile:

• Prior experience with night-vision and/or thermal imaging devices is highly desirable
• Existing connections within the defense, security, or professional user market are a strong plus
• Strong creative and visual skills (photography, videography, graphic design)
• Solid understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
• Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on mindset
