ORDERS

  • How can I place an order?

      Send order request.You will receive a confirmation from us as soon as possible with a payment request.We will confirm receipt of payment.We will manufacture your device.Your order will usually be shipped to you within 3 weeks.
  • Can I change or cancel my order?

    Changes or cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible for assistance.

  • How do I receive information about the status of my order?

    You will receive a notification at all of the 5 points mentioned in the ordering process.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    The processing of your order depends on the size of your order. If your order is only for a night vision device, it can take around three weeks for your order to be processed from receipt of payment to delivery.

  • Why does it take so long to process my order?

    Our products are not in stock, but are made to order especially for you. This can take up to 3 weeks. We therefore ask for your patience.

  • Which material should I choose?

    We can print the devices from the following materials:

SHIPMENT

  • I don't live in Germany, is shipping still possible?

    We ship within the EU.

  • What shipping methods are offered?

    We currently only ship with DHL.

  • How long does delivery take

    This depends on the shipping service provider. Standard shipping within Germany usually takes 3-5 working days.

  • How can I track my order?

    After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the shipping provider's website.

  • Why does it take so long to process my order?

    Our products are not in stock, but are made to order especially for you. This can take up to 3 weeks. We therefore ask for your patience.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

  • How can I return an item?

    If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return label and further instructions.

  • Are there return costs?

    Return costs vary depending on the reason for the return. If the item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, costs may apply and will be charged to the customer.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

PAYMENT

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We currently only offer payments via bank transfer.

  • Will I receive a payment confirmation?

    Yes, after receiving your payment we will confirm it to you by email.

  • I have already transferred money but have not yet received payment confirmation.

    Depending on the payment method, confirmation may take several working days. If you have not received a confirmation email after 5 working days, please send us an email.

  • Do I have to create a customer account to place an order?

    No, we do not require a customer account.
